Rebag.com accepts U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your Rebag.com account within 7 days of in-store purchase or delivery of an online order. However, initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable. No return fees apply for Rebag+ members. In all other cases, a return fee per item applies:

• Item price up to $999: $25 return fee
• Item price $1,000 to $2,999: $50 return fee
• Item price $3,000 to $7,999: $75 return fee
• Item price over $8,000: $100 return fee

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, have the original Rebag tags attached, and ship from a US address. For customers whose return rates are greater than 30% in a 12 month period, return fees will be doubled and additional restrictions, including the right to purchase, will be implemented.
